Cathie is pleased to welcome Judith Lascols as our new Business Development Lead – EU, strengthening our business development capabilities and supporting our activities across European markets.
Judith brings more than 15 years of experience in offshore geotechnics and engineering geology, with experience spanning the offshore wind and oil and gas sectors. Her experience covers the full project lifecycle, from early-stage tenders and site characterisation through project development and into detailed design, across both fixed and floating offshore wind projects.
Her technical background includes site characterisation, ground modelling, foundation and cable engineering assessments, geoscience package management and project development.
This experience has given Judith a strong understanding of the technical challenges faced by offshore projects, alongside the wider project risks, client requirements and commercial considerations that influence decision-making.
In her role at Cathie, Judith will focus on developing client and partner relationships, identifying new market opportunities and supporting the development of solutions that address complex offshore challenges.
Judith’s combination of technical expertise and commercial focus will further strengthen Cathie’s ability to support clients across the offshore sector, while helping to develop new opportunities and strategic partnerships across Europe and International markets.
